BY-LAW PASSED BY COUNCIL ON June 08, 2015 Pursuant to the powers vested in it under the City of St. John’s Municipal Taxation Act, SNL 2006 c.C-17.1, as amended, and all other powers enabling it, the City of St. John’s enacts the following By-Law relating to the exemption of The St. John’s Farmers’ Market Co-operative Ltd.. BY-LAW 1. This By-Law may be cited as the “St. John’s Property Tax Exemption The St. John’s Farmers’ Market Co-operative Ltd. By-Law”. 2. Property held by The St. John’s Farmers’ Market Co-operative Ltd. and situate at 245 Freshwater Road shall be exempt from the real property tax. Back
