1. This By-Law may be cited as the "St. John's Day Care Classification By-Law".
2. The St. John's Building By-Law is amended by adding the following after section 48:
"48.1 Notwithstanding sections 46, 47 & 48 day care occupancies will be treated as Class A occupancies."
3. The Commercial Maintenance By-Law of the City of St. John's is amended by adding the following after section 39.3:
"39.4 Notwithstanding sections 39.1, 39.2 and 39.3 day care occupancies will be treated as Class A occupancies."
4. The St. John's Residential Property Standards By-Law is amended by adding the following after sections 35.1, 35.2, 35.3 and 35.4:
"35.5 Notwithstanding sections 35.1, 35.2, 35.3 and 35.4 day care occupancies will be treated as Class A occupancies." |
